Keith S. Collins Company was founded on September 1, 2001 by its owner, Keith S. Collins to specialize in the management of condominium and homeowner associations. The firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has resulted in Keith S. Collins Company, LLC growing into one of the largest community association firms in the Memphis, Tennessee area.
Collins, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Collins entered the property management field in 1975. He previously worked with one of the large public accounting firms, and with a locally owned real estate management company where he served as Executive Vice-President.
Collins portfolio of managed properties includes over 135 Associations comprising more than 14,000 units, and includes condominium and neighborhood Associations in Memphis, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Lakeland, Fayette County, Desoto County, Mississippi, and Marion, Arkansas. In the summer of 2006, Collins expanded into the Oxford, Mississippi area. The staff includes six property managers, and six administrative employees.
